Welcome to Stefanie Culver's Art Gallery.
Stefanie Culver's Bio

Stefanie has been an artist since she was a young girl, taking many art classes over the years. For a few years, Stefanie was a part of an art collective in London with Youth With A Mission. She has also taught art in many different facets around the world. Stefanie has had her work up in a local restaurant and a couple of galleries, one in which she won "Best in Show" for her "When Stars Embrace" painting, and recently had her work chosen to have been shown in the SEE ME Gala, held in New York at the One World Trade Center.
Stefanie's newest body of artwork has been in the works for the last few years. It took her a while to finally find her niche, but after taking a class with her mom a few years ago, she found it. She learned this fascinating technique called Citrasolv art using Citrasolv oil on National Geographic magazine paper that altered the pictures, so much so you couldn't even recognize them. Once the magazine papers were altered, that is when the real fun starts! She looks at the papers then uses her imagination to search for images that pop out. When she finds one, she'll begin to draw it out so that others can see what she sees. Sometimes the page hardly needs any help at all; those usually become her abstract pieces. The colors differ in each piece and have their own unique look to them, not one alike, just like a snowflake or fingerprint.
Stefanie calls her art abstract-symbolism. What she would like for you is to capture your imagination and intrigue you. Hopefully, to bring out people's emotions from anyone who sees her art. She wants you to not just see the painting, but also see through it and in it. Stefanie wants it to cultivate your imagination as it does for her.
